Overview

Why this is the case: AI outputs are generated uniquely each time. Results can vary from run to run, and we don't promise specific outcomes, scores, interviews, or job offers.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• AI résumé/CV reviews and coaching outputs
• Case interview prep materials or digital downloads

Score & outcome disclaimer

Culminaite's feedback and materials are for guidance and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee improvements in test scores, ATS results, interview performance, or employment outcomes, and we aren't responsible for differences between your results and alternative third-party scoring platforms.

Narrow exceptions (where required by law)

We'll make it right if:

• A duplicate/accidental double charge has occurred
• A fraudulent/unauthorised transaction is confirmed by your bank
• Non-delivery due to a Culminaite system fault persists after you contact us and we cannot provide the service or a workable alternative

These are the only exceptions unless consumer laws where you live require more. Your statutory rights (if any) are not affected.

EU/UK digital-content note (if applicable)

For EU/UK users: by starting the AI service or downloading content immediately after checkout, you request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. We capture this acknowledgment at checkout.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate. If you file a chargeback without giving us a chance to resolve an issue, we may suspend access while the card network reviews the case.

If you have a billing or access issue (e.g., duplicate charge or non-delivery), email culminaite@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:
